HEY THERE!

I'm Shannon

Human-Centered Design • Psychology • Asian Studies

I am a cross-cultural individual who has had the privilege of calling Taipei, Shanghai, Vancouver, and now New York City my homes.

An aspiring versatile designer, with a foundation in Human-Centered Design, Psychology and Asian Studies - Korea, I excel in understanding user needs through effective research and translating insights into user-centered solutions. ‍Outside of work, I enjoy people watching, exploring museums, satisfying my wanderlust through travel, and creating aesthetically pleasing content.

As an individual, I'm curious, compassionate, and always ready to acquire new knowledge. Collaboration is essential to me, and I thrive in cross-functional teams to develop efficient and client-oriented solution. I firmly believe that problem-solving requires creativity, seeing problems from different angles, and generating imaginative ideas that are both useful and appropriate. My strength lies in applying diverse knowledge from various disciplines to be a multidisciplinary problem solver. I value transparent communication and being a proactive listener when building strong connections with clients and team members.

Let's connect and explore possibilities together. Feel free to reach out, especially if you know where to find the best desserts in the city!
